Responsibilities:

• Support mining sales team on project business management and new market development
• Understand customer needs and work with USA team to finalize the technical solution
• Sign technical agreement with customer to confirm the product selection and drawing
• Visit customer to provide product training and onsite technical communication
• Provide on-site service and troubleshooting when necessary
• Maintain installation data base, provide internal product training to sales colleagues aligning with the technical trends in the market

Requirements:

• Business acumen required to maintain engineering application needs and commercial viability balance
• Self-starter and capable of working independently
• Demonstrate critical thinking and analysis as well as problem solving skills
• Good Customer focus and effective communication skills
• Outstanding team cooperation consciousness
