If your qualifications match our needs and we think you’re a good fit for the role, you’ll hear from one of our team members about setting up a phone call or video conference so we can get to know each other. This request may come in the form of a text message, phone call or an email.

Our initial conversation is a perfect chance for you to learn more details about the role and ask any questions you may have about our company. It’s also a chance for us to better understand you and your experience.

Based on the results of this conversation, your recruiter will report to the hiring manager and any key stakeholders responsible for filling the open role. If those individuals are interested in knowing more, you’ll hear back from your recruiter about scheduling an in-person interview.

Depending on the role, you can expect to have one-on-one interviews, as well as interviews with a panel of Timken employees during your visit.
