Our Rollon by Timken team is growing! We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join our Norton Shores, MI team. In this position you will be responsible for administering our quality program and continuous improvement initiatives, which includes: conducting quality inspections and investigations, first piece inspections/approvals, quality audits (internal and external), creating and updating quality documentation, reviewing product documentation, reviewing and interpreting customer specifications and drawings, training team members on quality processes, and processing RMAs to ensure our customers continue to receive the highest quality products that Rollon is known for.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering required
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Quality roles within the manufacturing industry required
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma
  • QMS experience
  • US Citizen or Greencard holder (no sponsorship available for this postion)
  • The ability to read, write, and speak fluently in the English language
