- Ensuring EHS compliance requirements as per Corporate EHS & ISO 14001 and 45001 Standards and conduct review to take required actions on monthly basis, to ensure 100% compliance by sites.
- Ensuring adherence to systems and documentation related to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and sustain the certifications for the Plant Operation.
- Maintain Plant level EHS data and drive to bring the improvements to reflect the IMS sustenance and demonstrate continual improvements.
- Help Management for timely decisions / approvals and implement required actions to comply the new requirements.
- Create an awareness of Environmental Health & Safety among the employees, Contract workmen and visitors across Plant on continuous basis to sustain the EHS standards.
- Ensure Safe Workplace as per the Corporate EHS and EHS Standards and Systems (SOP/ Work Instructions / Procedures)
- Ensure Well Being of employees and contractors by continuous evaluation of their working habits – Ergonomics and sustain good health on long run.
- Support all Sites on EHS front to upgrade the system / function to meet Corporate EHS requirements and update Site Leadership Team for timely information and decisions.
