Purpose:

The main purpose of the position is to respond customer issue in time, improve customer satisfaction and process.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day tactical activities and develop for team of quality with training, career development and performance measurements
  • Responsible for system settingISO9001&ISO14001, ensuring that effective up-to-date assurance documentation, procedures and specifications pertaining to quality engineering are maintained
  • Contributes to product development and product/component improvement projects and/or activities
  • Support the selection and approval of suppliers - maintaining records and communications to stakeholders as necessary
  • Manage supplier non-conformance and complaint handling process
  • Provides oversight for site incoming inspection and MRB processes. Improves MRB process and timeliness
  • Evaluate and approve supplier APQP / PPAP
  • Leading internal audit and supplier audit
  • Deal with customer audit and follow-up
  • Prepare WI and training for inspectors 
  • Supports Program Manager finish APQP and PPAP for new program

 

Requirements:

  • Proper use of Vernier calipers/micrometers/thickness gauges and other inspection tools
  • Basic knowledge of ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO45001
  • Basic knowledge of quality management (Inspection / supplier management / skills of using inspection tools...)
