Purpose:

The main purpose of the position is to act as a key member in the localization project , manage the production team as well as improve the production process.
 

Responsibilities：

• Be responsible for management of production line, tools, machine, infrastructure and facility, and operative management,
• In charge of daily production management, daily meeting, 5s supervision, process implement, employee training, factory discipline to make sure running well
• Working out work instruction, safety operation regular, check list for facility and production process to make sure workers follow up standard process
• Support the product engineer concerning project planning, release process, engineering change management and special release, customer complaint process handing and management
• Responsible for warehouse management, make sure FIFO, and check material situation with Italy plant and Germany plant, keep suitable stock value, increase stock rate,
• Taking charge plant OTD, coordinate material to meet customer requirement, and effective production plan to make sure production line running well daily, and make sure all material could supply on time every month.
• Be responsible for EHS management to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in mechanical/industrial engineering/hydraulic design
• Be familiar with PFMEA, PPAP, IE, Lean production, TPM
• Basic knowledge of ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO45001
