  • Responsible for following safety and hygiene rules and procedures, communicating any unsafe act or condition to his immediate Supervisor.
  • The operator must be able to carry out each of its activities and operations in the assembly area such as: testing, product inspection, packaging, shipments to the warehouse, as well as required process or production control reports, to achieve production goals.
  • Handling of machines as in operations of: ROLLER FILLER MODULE, CLOSE IN PRESS, LASER MARKING, VERTICAL SOUND TEST, SEQUENCER, FLIPPER SYSTEM, specific tool for the assembly area and necessary to achieve product transformation.
  • Carry out the operations in accordance with Timken's instructions, visual aids and procedures, complying with production standards, Interpretation of drawings and design graphics, management and monitoring of production plans.
  1. Use of measurement, verification and dimensional control instruments, calibrated, adjusted to measurements and tolerances according to the shapes of the pieces.
  2. Responsible for assembled or manufactured products that meet the specifications, Quality requirements to verify that the quality process in production is adequate.
  3. Experience in assembling and assembling components, as well as experience and manual dexterity, used to doing repetitive work under a lot of pressure.
  4. Responsible for the quality of the product to be produced one by one of the pieces.
  5. Responsible for completing process control production reports and knowing technical information that defines the manufacturing process of the assembly product.
  6. Help methods that help reduce costs, eliminate nonconformities and optimize processes.
  7. Responsible for assembling the necessary devices to perform the operation (cylindrical, stepped surfaces, OD exteriors, ID interiors and flat, Flat), assembles the pieces taking into account the corresponding working conditions, ensuring their balance and centering.
  8. Responsible for maintaining order and cleanliness in their work area according to the 5S program (order and cleanliness).
  9. Conduct training of newly recruited operating personnel in accordance with Timken procedures.
  10. Responsible for the care of the machine, detect and report any type of failure or error in operation.
  11. Participate jointly with the maintenance of a machine's release protocol once it has presented faults or major damage, in order to guarantee the restart of the process in accordance with the standards.
  12. Production equipment operations (labeling machines, box formers and sealers, automatic packing machines and fillers), according to production requirements.
  13. Review of Quality attributes in accordance with company standards.
  14. Carry out manual activities and execute the tasks established in the production and administrative processes such as product and material registration in the SAP system.
