Detailed responsibilities include:
• To plan how to establish and maintain account relationships and meet personal sales targets
• Develop business plan for each account, subject to be reviewed by supervisor
• To support supervisor and other sales professionals in developing new market opportunities in the designated territory or market
• To manage all company interactions with assigned customers
• To search for new business opportunities, develop and execute a customer service plan to achieve sales profitability and growth
• To handle all commercial negotiations with customers
• To provide direction for Timken activities related to all new channels' development, sales and product promotions, collateral materials, trade shows, marketing communication, services development for customers and markets assigned
• To develop strong communication and planning linkages with the appropriate global sales force, other industry segments and production plants, to ensure accomplishment of business plans and customer sales objectives
• To participate in special projects/programs as assigned such as training, communication sessions within or outside of the company as well as major promotions, new product launches, new marketing initiatives


Ideal candidate will have:
• Bachelor/Master degree in Mechanical Engineering with solid engineering background
• Min. 2 years experience in industrial sales
• Fluent knowledge of Czech language (native)
• Good knowledge of English
• Ability to work independently
• Dynamic and open minded approach
• Fluent PC (MS office) knowledge
• Driving license (active)
