The Commercial Office & Technical Support Analyst provides cross functional support to both internal and external customers utilizing technical and administrative capabilities.  The role will ensure logistics, fulfillment, and customer support primarily related to the Industrial Division is provided across all verticals.  


Essential Responsibilities:


    • Provide inside sales support through assistance in quoting and sales order management with customers and/or through sales representatives.
    • Provide exceptional customer service in person and via phone communication
    • Provide basic technical support to local FSTs and customers regarding products, parts’ requirements and general inquiries.
    • Monitor quality
    • Key player in the communication and completion of the order process with other departments; liaison between Account Managers, Technicians, Engineering and Warehouse
    • Ensure inventory is maintained as necessary
    • Facilitate logistics requirements for product, parts orders
    • Complete administrative tasks associated with work orders, inventory replenishment and general back office duties.
    • Monitor quality of parts and inventory

Technical/Functional Skills:


  • Software knowledge and experience with MS Office suite
  • Practical technical insight and experience
  • Accurate and solution-oriented
  • Knowledge of the various markets and products applications with a strong background in industrial applications.
  • Good communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Knowledge and/or affinity with ERP systems
  • Mechanical/technical aptitude




Bachelors Degree with 2 years experience.
