Purpose and Scope

The primary role of the the part time temporary HR/EHS Intern will be to assist the HR department in project work pertaining to both HR and safety within the Keene plant. This position is a temporary part time position ending in September 2022.

Responsibilities

Provide support for HR and Safety with in the plant. This includes but is not limited to:

Safety audits and PPE assesments

Process improvements

HRIS system data entry  

Technical/Functional Skills

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor degree program for Safety and or Human Resources. 
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written) and customer service oriented
• Highly organized and process-oriented
• Strong PC skills (MS Office & use of HRIS applications).
• Analytical
• Ability to operate with high amount of confidentiality & professionalism
• Project management experience

• US Citizenship or Green Card holder
