This position will offer proactive account management to support growth and provide a best-in-class costumer experience.  The associate will serve as a primary contact for customers and the sales team to address a comprehensive set of activities in the business process.

 

  • Comprehensive account responsibilities include price and delivery quotations, order entry and schedule changes, forecasting, expediting, order book management and maintaining customer master information.
  • Collaborate with sales, supply chain, operations, and other internal partners to effectively manage accounts and address issues that impact our delivery performance.
  • Basic product knowledge developed through on hands training sessions
  • Understand commercial terms and able to effectively communicate to the sales team and customers.
  • Meet customer expectations through delivery performance, responsiveness, communication, proactive order management and order book maintenance.
  • Understand business decisions and guidelines – applies appropriately to customer situations.
  • Maintain customer loyalty, visit customers to enhance relationships and improve sales opportunities as needed.
  • Understand customer needs, order patterns, pricing, segmentation service levels and demonstrate ability to communicate and execute within capabilities.

 

Qualifications:

 A-Level plus  3- 5 years' experience in Customers Service 

Experienced SAP user a plus

Manufacturing experience preferred
