Responsibilities:

1. Develop, assess and select indirect suppliers according to SOX standard and corporation’s stipulations.

2. Manage vendors’ performance.

3. Work with end-user department to clear requirements and specifications.

4. Negotiate with vendors for price and commercial terms, sign contracts.

5. Issue SAP orders daily, apply payment accordingly. Maintain SAP price data and indirect purchasing catalog. 

6. Keep tracking the execution of contracts and support to solve the problems of goods receipt and accounting.

7. Work on cost reduction continuously. 

8. Work on purchasing data collection and analysis. 

9. Assist related departments to make sure vendors following EHS rules.

10. Strictly follow TIMKEN ethics rules.

11. Should value quality and EHS which are critical for TIMKEN. 

12. English writing fluently for emails, reports, etc. 

13.Other tasks assigned by manager.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering or related field.

2. MRO purchasing experience is preferred.

3. Good communication skills and computer skills .

4. Good English and Chinese skill on written and spoken.

5. SAP systems using skill.
