The Challenge:

Timken is looking for an Intern to support our Talent Advancement Team. This includes Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Performance Management, Succession Planning, and our engagement & listening processes/practices. Are you interested in applying your new skills to a variety of talent challenges and areas of focus? This is the role for you. 

 

You will assist in talent advancement, engagement, and inclusion across the global enterprise, utilizing our SuccessFactors Talent Suite.  This is a dynamic position focused on increasing your experiences and leveraging your skills.

 

You will gain experience supporting:     

  • Assessments and employee engagement surveys 
  • Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives and processes
  • Talent system testing
  • Data analytics, studies, and trend reviews
  • Dashboards and reports
  • Change leadership initiatives that drive global behavioral shifts
  • Training materials and company-wide communications
  • Global Human Resources and the business
  • Innovations within SuccessFactors talent suite

 

The Basics:

  • Minimum: pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business, Human Resources, Information Systems
  • Grasp of analytics, using tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerBI
  • Enjoy supporting and improving a business by ensuring Talent is performing, developing and ready for their next challenge
  • Eager to gain new skills in a fully integrated world class HR System (SuccessFactors)
  • Support performance management processes to global teams
